Deliveries & Delivery Charges
Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Service or City Link. The type of service we use depends on the value of the goods being delivered. All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. A £2.95 charge for all UK orders and £7.00 for abroad. If you are ordering more than one H2flow due to its weight we will charge another £7.00 for each extra one ordered for all overseas orders. All orders are sent out within 5 working days of placing the order. This charge will be added to the order after it has been placed. If more than one item is ordered at one time and we have one item in stock, we will send it out to you and when the next item comes available that will follow free of charge, leaving you better off. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail Delivery Service or City Link, but if any delays may occur we will be happy to give the tracking number to locate the parcel concerned. We do not deliver to Nigeria, Philippines, Malaysia, or related countries in the Far East and some parts of Asia & Africa. We may not deliver to a different delivery address to that of cardholder, this would be done at our discretion & proofs of ID in some cases may be required. We would certainly not deliver to another country to that of cardholder.
2. Refunds Policy & Returns
Refunds are given if the goods are unsuitable, unobtainable, faulty or damaged. An exchange will be offered & if a replacement is not available then a credit voucher will be issued or a refund back to the card which was used to purchase the item(s). If for any reason you have received such an item and you feel you need to return it to us, then send to the return address on the back of your parcel. Please note this must be within 90 days (non-working days inc.) for all Bioflow products and 7 days for any other range of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to a 15% handling fee unless faulty for Bioflow products after the 7 day period but before 90 days. Refunds are given if the item returned is unused. All Ecoflow (Bioflow) products have a 90 day money back guarantee if not entirely satisfied with their performance. Proof of purchase is required to receive money back. All other products other than Ecoflow have a 7 day money back guarantee, provided they are unused and can be resold. If a product cannot be resold then a full refund would not be given. Nutriflow being a consumable product is non refundable or exchangeable. If the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, then we will credit you for return shipping, however if the goods are unsuitable or no longer required, you must pay shipping the goods back to us. If the goods are faulty or damaged then we will refund the full transaction but if the items are no longer required or unsuitable then we will refund the transaction minus the shipping charge. A cancellation charge may be taken for any item which was ordered that is cancelled which amounts to 3-4% of the sale price of the order, unless cancelled on the same day as the order was placed. It is the customers responsibility for the safe return of any item being sent back to us. Items sent back to us must include all original packaging, leaflets, booklets, instructions or inserts that were inside when you received it and in the condition it was received. Nothing can be done without proof of purchase, so please keep receipts issued & return original receipt, copies will not be accepted. Any decision of action can only be taken on inspection of the product. Replacement items can only be sent out on the return of the original item. We will not exchange or refund goods that are wilfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. All returns are down to our discretion. We do not give refunds on deposits taken to secure any item on this site.
3. Guarantees
The magnetic properties of all magnetic Ecoflow products are guaranteed for life. The Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2flow is guaranteed for 10 years. The products are guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the power of the magnet has lessened, the product can be returned for testing, and if found to have lessened then it will be replaced. All Bioflow products have a 90 day money back guarantee if not entirely satisfied with their performance. The 90 day money back guarantee is subject to a 15% handling fee. Any guarantee claim would require your original receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected All products other than Ecoflow range have a 7 day money back guarantee.
4. Customer Loyalty Scheme
If at any time you would like to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow for a brand new product within the same Bioflow range then you will be credited 50% of the price you paid for your old Bioflow towards the cost of the new one. You would require your original receipt to upgrade your Bioflow.
5. Stock Availability
Any item advertised on our web site should always be in stock, in the unlikely event that we are out of stock of any item ordered, we shall contact you within 2 working days of the date the goods were ordered, to notify you of a likely delivery date or any other options. We may contact you by Email, Telephone or a Text message. You may wait for stock to be replenished. Take an alternative product and settle any price difference. Get a Credit Note. Get a refund.
6. Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment :
- Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta & Solo securely on line. The amount payable is debited when we are certain the order will be processed, not always when the goods are despatched. We must complete our orders within five working days from the order date. Payment is made by our sister site Phatphones.com.
- We accept Nochex www.nochex.com and personal cheques, postal orders and bank deposit - details can be found by emailing us.
7. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all our prices include VAT. Prices can change instantly and with no advanced warning.
8. Web Site Accuracy
We should be accurate in the information we provide you, but we cannot be held responsible for any displayed information that has since changed after our date of publish.
9. Privacy Policy
We WILL NOT sell or pass on any customers personal details including email addresses & phone numbers to any outside party or organisation for any purpose. We hold the right to pass on any information to the relevant authorities at their request.
This does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
10. Fraud Prevention
We may require documents of proof of name and address sent to us by email, fax or post before sending any of our orders, particularly for larger transactions, we will notify you by email if this is the case. Your IP address is noted when you make a purchase. We takes credit card fraud seriously and will prosecute to the highest degree if such action is made on this site. We hold the right to decline any order we suspect to be fraudulent. Sometimes we may choose not to process an order, due to lack of proofs or correspondence when further security information is required. Such orders will not be processed and the amount not debited from the card used to make the purchase.
11. Magnet Therapy Claims
All magnets and magnetic products are sold for experimental purposes only. They should not replace or substitute prescribed medical treatment. We make no claims to the therapeutic effect of any magnet or magnetic products. The only claim made is BIOFLOW™ & MAGNETIC THERAPY™ products and other magnetic health products in general are sold to and used by millions world-wide. However it must be stated that magnetic therapy is NOT a cure but it is known to be a preventative measure from illnesses, a pain reliever, and enhances energy levels and healing processes in the body by testimonials of users.
